In 2014, I joined the total rewards team at Juniper Networks.
The opportunity came up because I worked on a project with them a year prior when I was consulting at Mercer.
Seven years later, my manager at Juniper became one of Compa’s first customers.

I was reminded of this last week when I caught up in SF with several comp leaders I’ve known over the years.
